Refunds & Exchanges

Clingks are all about fun, and if you’re not happy, we want to make it right!

 

Refunds: I will happily refund your payment within 30 days of your order if you receive an item that is damaged, lost or incorrect. All other circumstances, please contact me to work something out. To receive a refund, simply mail the item to me and include a copy of your order # and contact email or phone #. Please email me at steph@clingks.com to arrange the item’s return.
 
Exchanges: I am happy to exchange one unopened item for another. Just email me and we’ll work it out.
