Party Food: Pumpkin Risotto with Squash and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Chef made this delicious pumpkin risotto with squash, sage, Parmesan, and topped with a red wine sauce and toasted pumpkin seeds for a fundraiser dinner.  We paired it with a 2012 A by Acacia Pinot Noir.  Vegetarian and filling, but most of all delicious!!
