Apple Pie Jello Shots
The weather is cooling down, and apple pie in jello form mixed with vodka sound just like what all of us need 🙂 The recipe for these tasty morsels are below!
What you need:
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cups Apple Cider (non alcoholic)
- 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin (.5oz Knox in a can)
- 1 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- ½ cup Crown Royal Apple
How to make it:
- Bring water and cider to a boil
- Mix in gelatin, stir until dissolved. Then remove from heat until completely cooled
- add Fireball and Crown to the mix
- Pour into little you want to serve them in!
- Enjoy!
Cowboy Bean Dip Crack
This delicious dip can be made in large or small quantities.. just don’t forget the tortilla or pita chips! See the recipe below 🙂
What you need:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup sugar (see notes)
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (11 ounce) can super sweet corn, drained (see notes)
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped cilantro (from 1 bunch)
How to make it:
- Mix together the olive oil, sugar, vinegar, chili powder, salt
- Add the tomatoes, peas, beans, corn, onion, peppers
- Add the cilantro on top, and chill covered for about an hour
- Indulge!
Boozey Chocolate Brownies

What you need:
- A box of brownie mix with caramel sauce (plus their ingredient list.. mine was 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup water)
- Sub out that icky water the box asks for with WHISKEY!!
- Mix the brownie batter, and put in muffin times or a pan
- While it bakes, mix a couple of tablespoons more of that WHISKEY into the caramel sauce it came with
- Drizzle on top when those bad boys are hot and oozey-boozey!
- Drink responsibly!
